Rouser 220 Problems
« on: February 22, 2011, 05:47:22 PM »
Mga sir nagkaproblem na ba kayo sa auto choke ng mga rouser 220 nyo?

yung sa akin kasi medyo sablay at kailangan pa irev.

ano bang rpm ng idle nyo?

and is it a fact na in low rpms, like in traffic, mahirap tlaga mag switch gear between 1st, nuetral and 2nd?

Sabi kasi sakin nung service tech ganun daw, whenever im in a bumper to bumper situation runnin on low rev, ang hirap kasi.

pero pag tinaasan ko yung rev madali lang. is it normal?

total newbie here.
newbie in all aspects. lol!

my bro has a rouser 200
ito ang naranasan nya sa mga sinabi mo:

and is it a fact na in low rpms, like in traffic, mahirap tlaga mag switch gear between 1st, nuetral and 2nd?

had about 2 guys with the same issue na maganit ang switching gears hanggang sa bumigay sa kawa service centers sa caloocan

pero with the number of rouser owners... baka natiyempuhan lang sya.

i suggest dalahin mo sa service center, within the warranty period ka pa naman nyan at free service pa.
How can I help you?

Idle should be set to 1.3 to 1.5k rpm.

Autochoke should only function when the engine is with the ambient temp. from overnight or certain hours , when it start it will reach to 2.5K rpm for 5 secs then return to its normal idle @ 1.4k rpm. let it be in idle for 2 to 3 mins warm up prior you ride it.

adjust mo lang clutch mo baka kasi masyado mababa. sa akin yun ang una ko adjust. masyado mababa ng kinuha ko eh. hehehe! khit bumper to bumper pa or full stop no porblem sa neutral.
